Delete your DOE account
Confirm your phone number with a code and we delete your account within 30 days. DOE Support will confirm in the chat on this page.
- Deleted: your account, profile, phone number, devices and keys. Your chats on your phone and any backup in your Google Drive are yours to delete there.
- Expire by themselves: encrypted messages not yet delivered (45 days), call records (90 days).
- Kept: Doe Pay payment records, as financial law requires, and chats you had with businesses, which those businesses keep.
